Long Handle Bamboo Teeth Brush for Deeply Oral Zero Waste

1. Wet the bristles of the toothbrush with water.
2. Apply toothpaste to the bristles.
3. Hold the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to your teeth and gum line.
4. Use gentle circular motions to brush the outside surfaces of your teeth.
5. Repeat the circular motions on the inside surfaces of your teeth.
6. Brush the chewing surfaces of your teeth with back-and-forth motions.
7. Use the tip of the brush to clean the inside surfaces of your front teeth, using a gentle up-and-down stroke.
8. Rinse your mouth and toothbrush thoroughly with water.
